Not at all. A best-before date is a quality marker, not a use-by date. It's the window where the mixer is at its absolute peak for flavour and texture, not a safety cut-off. Our mixers are shelf-stable powders, so they stay perfectly good after that date. They're simply freshest before it. That's exactly why they're half price: we'd rather you enjoy them now than see good mixer go to waste.

Best-before is about quality. Use-by is about safety. You'll never see a Miss Swig jar sold past a use-by date, because we don't put those on our mixers, they're shelf-stable powders. Best-before just tells you when they're at their peak.

Yes. Shelf-stable powders don't become unsafe after a best-before date the way fresh food does. They're at their best before it, and still good after. As always, give the product and packaging a quick check before you pour.
